IACT Annual Golf Day
Join us for our Annual Golf Day on 14 May, a relaxed and sociable day out with colleagues and friends, set in beautiful surroundings. Whether you’re completely new to golf or a seasoned player, there’s something for everyone.
The day will feature both a Beginners’ Event and a 4-Person Team Event for experienced golfers. The main competition will run as a shotgun start at 2pm, we would ask that you are onsite from 1pm to register your team and handicap. Buggies available to rent.
After golf, everyone will come together to enjoy an informal indoor/outdoor BBQ and prize-giving in the clubhouse.
Team Event at 2pm
If you don’t have a full team for the 4-person event, individual bookings are very welcome. We’ll happily pair you with like-minded players, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable round of golf.
Beginners’ Event at 3pm
Getting started in golf can feel daunting, so we’ve designed a friendly and supportive introduction to the game. There’s no requirement to be a golf club member or hold a handicap, this session is perfect for complete beginners or anyone curious to give golf a try.
Under the guidance of a club professional, you’ll learn the basics of the swing, club selection, and keeping the ball on the fairway, all in a relaxed and informal setting. Golf clubs and balls are provided. All you need is to wear golf or tennis shoes and comfortable clothes.
Following the afternoon on the range and the golf competitions, beginners and team players alike will come together for the BBQ and prize-giving in the clubhouse.
It promises to be a fantastic day of golf, good company, and easy-going fun.
