This session held in The Clarion Hotel, IFSC, Dublin 1, talked about borrowing in the U.S. Private Placement market, a market that more and more Irish companies are looking to for long term funds. | Code of Standard Practices for Rating Agencies This draft Code of Standard Practices for Rating Agencies was prepared and issued on behalf of the EACT and the IGTA, of each of which the Association is an active member.
